HUBBELL WIRING DEVICE-KELLEMS MODEL HBLI45123GF220M1, Self-retracting cord reels have a spring mechanism that automatically winds the cord back on the reel, making them easier to use than hand-winding cord reels. A stop, or ratchet, holds the cord at the desired length after it's pulled out for use. A quick tug on the cord disengages the stop, causing the spring to fully retract the cord. These reels provide access and storage of extension cords while protecting the cord from wear, tangling, and kinking.
