PEERLESS MODEL H5125-0858, Ratchet load binders with grab-hook ends remove slack from a chain using a ratcheting mechanism that reduces the risk of recoil when tension is released as compared to lever load binders. The ratchet allows chain to be tightened incrementally. Tension is also released incrementally when the ratchet is reversed.
