POSI LOCK MODEL 204, The cage of these external-grip jaw pullers retains the jaws to lock them onto a component and prevent them from slipping off or snapping back. Also known as fixed or captured jaw pullers, they allow one person to engage the jaws and make the pull. They are ideal for overhead pulling applications where it would be difficult to position and secure floating jaws. These external-grip pullers fit their jaws around a component to pull it from the outside. They are used for bearings and other parts that are mounted on a shaft.
